Pretty.Tech Consulting exists because of a specific gap — owner-operators who are skilled at what they do but hitting a ceiling because the business side has not kept up. They are not broke. They are stuck.

The work I do is not advisory from the outside. It is operational, inside your business, alongside your team. I have built training programs, onboarding systems, and leadership pipelines from scratch. I know what it takes to make them hold.

I also run Rise & Reign Coffee Co. — a mobile coffee cart business I built from the ground up. I consult on operational infrastructure because I build it in my own businesses too.
